Dining is an incredibly important part of the P&O Cruises experience, as we work with big names on the British food scene such as Marco Pierre White, Olly Smith, Atul Kochhar and Eric Lanlard, our Food Heroes. In the dining areas across our fleet, we can be dealing with a variety of options, from buffet service through to fine dining. It’s imperative that we offer our friendly and welcoming service at every moment during the dining experience. Working on board for P&O Cruises is a huge responsibility – from the moment the restaurant is open we need to offer the very highest standard for our guests. This means making sure that every table is laid perfectly, that we have everything in its rightful place and that we are dressed impeccably.
